Sizing Guide
When it comes to vintage clothing, sizing can be tricky. 99% of the time you cannot trust what the original tag says.
Every piece of clothing we sell is hand measured and then sized based on the measurements, not the original tag. The size is determined by comparing the measurements to modern day sizing standards.
Below you will find a chart showing different sizes (XS–XXXL) and the measurements each piece should have. Please remember, these measurements are estimates. No two vintage pieces are alike.
If you're unsure about what size to buy, take a piece of clothing that fits well and measure from underarm seam to underarm seam (this measurement gives you the width). Also, measure from the top of the shoulder where the seam meets the collar, to the bottom of the shirt.
Note: This chart applies to shirts. For polos, jackets, sweatshirts, and other outerwear, add 2" to both length & width measurements. Example: a large sweatshirt should measure 23"–24" in width and 26"–27" in length.
